That could be it, although that's not really a residential neighbourhood. Not one single family home in sight. There are some condos and apartments across Governor's Rd, including four relatively new 9-storey buildings, a Metro, and a plaza with Shopper's Drug Mart on the next block. Oh, and an existing 18 story building. There is also a bus stop right there.

If this is what he's talking about, it sounds like a great place to put a huge condo.
