I really wish DC would have had this system in place back when I lived there. I totally would have taken advantage of it, especially on my days off. I can't begin to tell you how many times I had to take a cab to go to various areas of town, wasting all sorts of money, which I easily could have done by bike. Plus, my apt back then was too small for me to store a bike.

The great thing about biking is that you're allowed to bike after drinking too. What a great invention...
