Did anyone happen to Google Forum Equity Partners. They are a small time developer who rely on governments buying or leasing from them. They only have about 800k sf of space that they own, including the buildings of 60 Speedy Muffler dealers. Not exactly a big time developer.

I am not so sure we should be spending taxpayer money on iconic buildings. If some private developer wants to build it okay but not with public money.
