Rogers is the least BC company out of all the major nationals, ever since they were chased (willingly) out of BC by Shaw. I don't really respect any company that abandons the BC market (for cable) because it gets them an easier time back east. It's like they couldn't have said they don't care about BC any clearer.
I'm actually kind of offended by this move by the Canucks.
I nominate we call it "The Pass". It's kind of a double entendre. We can honor A. B. Rogers for the work he did on the transcontinental railroad, but it mostly means I'll just Pass on the name. (EDIT and it also works for hockey)
