^wrong term, right idea though.

Edmonton is suppose to be a 'major' Canadian city and not having 'major' Canadian city services means we are failing at some level. Failing at some level means that we have a city not understanding required elements of a major city. Not having those elements means we are not a major city. Being not a major city means we are a minor city, a 'small town' if you will. Many equate small towns, especially in western Canada, with being redneck.

Not to mention that after golf last week, i am guilty as charged, bus service or not.
