My Pacific Centre expansion idea above is based on a timeline of when Sears would decide to move out, so such a major expansion would be something like 15-years down the road at the very earliest.
A zoo and Playland would still work together at Hastings Park, there's room for both.
False Creek's Creekside Park expansion site could be turned into park as currently planned, but on the west end of the park you'll have that big ferris wheel with the admission entrance located on the proposed new False Creek plaza/pier.
