I'm with Yume, not much I'd add to Vancouver, it has pretty much everything I need/want. There are a few things that could be expanded/updated, but I can't think of anything that we're lacking.

Personally I think it'd be cool if we could have submarine tours of Burrad inlet, and false creek/english bay. We have a local company that manufactures mini subs. A tour company should buy one and offer tours.
I'd prefer if Vancouver carves out a niche for itself and finds something to offer that isn't in every other city across the globe.
