True that. The pride showed by this country, I don't know if this is a permanent change but I think Canada came out of it's shell when it comes to sport.
My favorite moments were Alexandre Bilodeau's win. That guy is so humble and so deserving to be the first Canadian to ever win in Canada. The way he's so close to his family and his brother I think was one of the great moments of the games.
I also loved John Montgomery. Talk about the stereotypical Canadian, eh? Drinking a pitcher of beer on the streets of whistler and just his infectious personality. I love that guy.
Lastly, can't not mention Joannie Rochette's performance. Enough said.
