Thanks for that post CofIKid. Agree Projects, still just a mall, but definately a big improvement over the old foot print. I like the layout of pics one, four and six. I think it's short sighted of the lenders and or developers, not to fund for the building of at least some kind of apartment situation, on top of at least a few select areas. I really do think there would be a definite demand amongst many for a nice apartment in that setting. At the very least, it would seem that the banks could select a couple of key locations for a test run of a moderate amount of units, with underground or a discreetly placed, covered parking terrace.
