I'm going to change this to 516m since all indications tell us the spire is gone (which makes since with the chicago spire firmly in the ground
).
Basically all recent renders show no spire, the insider on SSC (maybe from ACC) when confronted with the question about it said "what spire?" and also recent articles about this tower all mention the height as 516m not 618m as before.
