Hamilton to Buffalo.... hmmmm.... don't forget the Niagara Falls Bus terminal is opposite the VIA rail station there.....(it used to be by the Skylon Tower but now in the old part of the city).. if you take GO train or Bus to Niagara Falls... you could walk down to the Rainbow Bridge and walk over (but i suggest taxi to Rainbow Bridge).... go to Niagara Falls NY and take NFTA to Buffalo.
That could be costly..... best bet go to Toronto and take Greyhound to Buffalo direct.
