I'm sure it's possible with some imagination and commitment from Yale, but as I wrote
earlier in this thread, the underlying problem is baked into the design: the JS roof today is engineered to be segregated from the pathways that people take through the city.
I don't know that the answer is to eliminate it entirely. Too often in Hamilton we try to fix problems by wiping the slate clean (cf. Jackson Square) instead of finding ways to make the existing structures work better.
