To be honest I don't see the demand. I have been through South Portal on many occations have never seen any pent up demand for expanded roadways on either side of the border. There is a reason there is no interstate through the lightly populated region. I expect this is little more than dreamers... dreaming in technicolor.
Nice map though.

At the end of the day its a US project... and not a Canadian (Man/Sask) project.
