Wow amazing photos.

The neighbourhood seems in transition -- and looks very funky. It almost seems trendy but less vibrant. I especially love the hills...we don't get too much hilly roads aside from in the river valley here. You guys are lucky to have it. I am always astounded by the Portland and San Francisco hills.

I will definitely try to check out this neighbourhood if I remember if I visit Portland this summer.
