Looking at the map, I can't help wondering why the "Live" sites aren't located at say, The Plaza of Nations and Harbour Green Park (or the plaza of the VCCEP). That would have consolidated road closures.
Could be that the Live sites will have lower security levels than the venue sites and that the two would not mix well with each other.
