I for one, think that the Olympic road closures represent an INCREDIBLE opportunity as a 'transportation experiment." This plan makes SOV commuting into downtown EXTREMELY unattractive for one month.
I hope that there are some transportation studies conducted on this as a case study of how transit-oriented, non-sov commuting works in the Vancouver area. It would have to account for telecommuting obviously.
