I was wondering whether the others cities within SJ's CMA have been included ? ( Rothesay, Hampton, ect)

I mean, everybody knows that the most critical neighbourhoods and the most propitious for those kind of things are neighbourhoods located within the city limits. ( Old North-end, Cresent valley, part of south-end ect)
