Stingray2004, the freeway passes through only one side of the overpass. So in that picture it would be the righthand side....not sure why, maybe future expansion.
Also, after the first overpass on the north side, is the "freeway" going to be of a boulavard type? In one of the photos posted earlier it seemed to be as such. treed/plant median.
