Haha, thanks for the information!
I know he isn't around much but Boris would probably be the best editor for this job, as he is much more familiar with what is going on in Calgary than others not from here. I can only try and supply what limited information I have about the cancellation and boutique hotel replacement.
At the very least we can mark arriVa III at 42 stories as 'cancelled'.
