Sorry, I tend to oversimplify my posts. What I meant was more along the lines of the
estimate is out of control, in regards to what others posted about the incremental costs being all that matter. Similar to the media stating that the olympics will cost $4+ billion when in actual fact we are getting a lot of infrastructure for that price tag.
