Last night I noticed the ocean was freezing over in Coal Harbour. I was shocked to say the least. I tried to get pics on my phone but it was pretty dark and my phone isn't so great but hopefully these give some idea. All the white stuff around the boats is ice with a layer of new snow on it. I threw some rocks down at it and they would just bounce off without breaking through.
