You wouldn't rather if you lived in one of the buildings. I know of several condos in town that have had to spend millions weatherizing their exteriors because the developer cut some costs there. Many buyers substantially upgrade the interior finishes themselves. In fact, the highest end units are usually sold stripped to the bare concrete because the buyers have their own interior designers. But every buyer has to depend on the building exterior and mechanical systems. You do NOT want those to be the place money was saved.
