I live in the westside of Vancouver and at around 10am there was a HUGE downpour for about 5 minutes, then the clouds shuttled away and it was brilliantly sunny for the rest of the day.
It is called Central City, unless you enjoy having your neighbourhood associated with everything that comes with Whalley.
