Well i made a thread of this on the Canada section but no one there seems to understand how official climatology works and why i use airports and not private weather stations in the downtown cores, any ways here is Vancouver airports average high, low, number of days above 10 degrees and number of days below 0 degrees (C) for November:

Vancouver - High 10.5, Low 5.9, above ten = 19, at and below zero = 1 Highest temp = 14, lowest temp = 0

Abbotsford (official airport) High 10.5, Low 5, above 10 = 19, at or below zero = 2 Highest temp = 15, lowest temp = -1
