Yes, isn't that a shame? You'd think the city would be eager to showcase the beautiful views from such a height. I was fifteen floors up in the CIBC building at on King a month ago, and the view of the bay was stunning. Imagine the view from 43 storeys - Somebody should really be cashing in on that. . .
