People come down.. take a look around and realize its not the death trap that the media sometimes make it out to be. Some begin to think , hey I might like to live down here.. and before you know it you have $400,000 condos going up. One of downtown's biggest problems is perception.. that ballpark helps to educate people what the area is really like.
