all comments aside, why is it that the United States is allowed to invade any country on the planet that they so choose and when someone else does it, they get all upset and hypocritical about it. i mean seriously, if i were Putin, i'd be telling Bush "get the hell out of Iraq, and then we'll talk". not that i agree with Russia invading Georgia at all.
anyhow, back to Sochi losing the 2014 games, i say do it strip them of the games. however, my choice for a Canadian host city would be Calgary. i couldn't see it being a positive idea for the city of Vancouver to host the games twice in a row.
