^Keep in mind that downtown Cleveland has two grocery stores already. There's Constantino's in the Warehouse District, which is about 10K sq. ft., it's more of a specialty market but it carries the basics and then some. Then there's the grocery store at Reserve Square which is 20K sq. feet, just shy of your typical full-service store. It's not upscale, but it does a good job providing for the locals and downtown workers.
