There will be a Heinens going into the FEB, so that should help. Downtown population is a really hard number to pin down. It all depends on who is counting and where they draw the lines. Most people agree that Downtown is right around 10,000 residents, but that doesn't even count all the people living in the Stonebridge development on the Flats West Bank.
