The article says 'farther east on Cumberland'... but there's no other building that's east of Paper Box Studios. Maybe the writer means further west on Cumberland? But the only building that matches a paper factory description is the old Life Savers factory, there's nothing going on there.

I would guess she means the warehouse like building around the corner on Gage/Lawrence. There's been activity there for a while now. Either that or the old St. Vincent Depaule building accross the street.
