Get a NHL team for Hamilton and they can piggyback off a new downtown arena for the hockey team. As I mentioned in the 'hockey' thread, if the NHL can to Hamilton Copps should be replaced with an up-to-date arena within the first 5 years (ground breaking in first 5 years).
