The entire "Domain" site (both Simon-owned and Endeavor-owned pieces) is zoned with a max. height of 320'. However, Endeavor's portion of the site is, thus far, the only part with proposed structures exceeding 10 stories.
I'm not sure what's going on with the TWELVE, but, originally, it was proposed as a 29-story, 308' tower (to the roof) - any spires may exceed the 320' mark.
