Can someone clarify what has been added on to Southbound Mopac a bit south of Parmer Lane towards Duval Rd?? Are they improving Mopac access from Parmer Lane?

I'm not shure what they are working on off Mopac I think maby it might be the new managed lanes for Mopac but i'm not shure.
