yep, I'm on board with that option too. Not to brag here, but 300 S. just east of Squatters was the local that I posited when we were having this discussion about a year ago. So it was my idea and I want naming rights on the theater

honestly though it really is a perfect location, though I don't know who owns it or how much they would want for it, but come on, it is just a parking lot so it would have to be cheaper than a lot with existing structures on it right?
I would very much like to see the Utah become a film center which would allow it to remain more in its current state and not have to be partially demolished, thus preserving more of its historic character; somebody give Redford a call, I think it could work for Sundance.
