I think that as soon as the merger is approved by the feds that SLC needs to break ground on the new North terminal, underground connector rail and the trax extension.

I think that will show that SLC is serious about it's plans for the future. I agree with the first impression of a city being the airport. I have a good impression of Cincinnati but I've only been to the airport, as well as Chicago, while I have been in the city the airports newer section, American is absolutely beautiful. A new terminal in conjunction with transit access to downtown, Ogden and eventually Provo will be HUGE for SLC's image.
