I can take another look as I pass by it on the way home today, but I am pretty sure that new brick was used here, not reclaimed brick. It would have looked much better if the brick stretched up to the same point on the second floor window line. The yellow siding is overwhelming. A bit of a shingled roofline placed along the edge would have dressed it up a bit too. But that's all added cost, after all.
By the way, what's going on with the circular portion? The windows on the lower level have been removed and replaced by what looks like metal studwork. Looks like some panels are getting fitted with windows with sliders on the bottom.
I see one of the lower windows on the north side has already been tagged with grafitti...
