What's interesting about these proposals is that one of the options for the Downtown Connector has a portal on this property on the First St. side, which would effect how they design it. I wonder if these proposals being announced now means that the MTA has already nixed that option internally.

The article said it's one of the last remaining empty pieces of land in Downtown. Hope it will look good.
