Interesting, I wonder what they're planning. Is the RDA only involved in residential or do they work on commercial and office projects as well? I could see a mixed use project of residential and ground floor retail working here. Though I would like to see some other "attraction" type development in the Gateway area, such as the living planet aquarium (damn you Tom Dolan and Sandy in general) or (I know it's wishful thinking but an NFL stadium). It's one of the only areas close to downtown that still has large undeveloped parcels available. Of course there is always "Earl's parking lot".
