Bacon is great, but small

Red Ox Inn is very very good, but small

Culina is amazing, but small

Most of your mentions are truly some of the best in Edmonton. I would say try "La table de Renoir" for something a little different in a wonderful building in the middle of downtown (UG parking in commerce or manulife or scotia). You could then stroll after dinner around downtown.
