I vote for none of them.
I'd vote for a mixed use building next to Pigott with the bus terminal underneath the building and office space above for a few floors and then condos above that...have retail facing James South AND along a new pedestrian zone connecting McNab to Gore.
These 4 options belong in some mall in Mississuaga.
