we all know that 3 PNC will be 23 stories... but I've long been frustrated by the absence of information on its structural height in feet or meters. I assumed based on the number of floors that it would be just around 300 feet tall. There are a lot of variables... such as "green" construction, mixed uses (residential, hotel, office, etc)... so it's hard to project.

However, SkyscraperPage says 3 PNC will have a structural height of 110.0 meters.. which works out to approximately 360 feet. I suppose this isn't too far-fetched considering the 23-story Westinghouse Building, an office tower built in 1970, is 108 meters.

SkyscraperPage reports there will be 213 units/rooms. The hotel is 185 rooms and there are 28 condos.
