Must have been a bad day, because normally it doesn't smell at all, at least Uptown. The Pulp Mill smells more often than the Refinery does, so the West Side is usually worse off in that regard. Overall the air quality in SJ is pretty good, I'm sure if you compared our downtown pollution levels they wouldn't be drastically different than other cities of the same size, or of Moncton even [which is still smaller
