Let's hope that 50% reservation quote is indeed true...I was the 24th person to reserve a unit there on the 4th day after they started taking reservations.
I was also told they were on schedule to break ground in January....now it's March...I hope that doesn't get pushed back further...
sales office/gallery was scheduled to open early to mid-Sept...first floor at the Gas Company Tower overlooking the Park Fifth site...you can see it from the outside, last I checked all I could see was drywall
