I'm not talking about a few projects downtown, I'm talking about across the entire city. If you follow the projects going through the planning board, very very few of them are in any way mixed use or pedestrian oriented. Because the zoning laws are still set up for auto uses means that the bad planning isn't being undone, its just getting worse.
