I couldn’t find the post/rumour you are referring to, but I think that it is unlikely they would downsize at this point. They fought pretty hard to extend the building to 70 floors and “The Donald” has been spending a lot of time in Toronto recently selling his new "business strategies" ("You really have to love what you are doing, so you don't give up," Trump told a crowd of more than 25,000 who came out to hear him at the Learning Annex's Real Estate and Wealth Expo in Toronto.) Tough to pitch this then downsize your project. It would create major headlines and badly affect those wealthy inventors/owners who thought they were going to be part of the biggest and best. I don’t see it happening.
