Wow, I’m starting to like these new proposals. This is a major upgrade over the last project that looked like it was transported from Taipei. The undulating billboard is nice—Never thought I’d say that about a three-story billboard at street level. The tower is elegant and looks like it could play off of the Aura building. Maybe this curving and undulating look can start a trend down Yonge. It’s a tough corner with all the ugly around it but this might look really good. The big test will be if it can take attention away from those horrible towers on the north side of Bloor.
