Ahh, cheers Neilioo. I see the OMB gave it the go-ahead over the city hall. They won't be able to do that for very much longer (for better or worse). I wonder why crazy Harry didn't go to the OMB with the original Sapphire? It was a nicer looking building although I do like how the new building points to the CN Tower. Kinda strange how ther went from tall, slender and eligent to short, bulky and a little crude. Maybe the new sapphire needs one more overhaul on it's design. Although after Harry current problems--bankruptcy and bad workmanship on 1 King (the windows leak, haha)--I wonder if anyone will be willing to put money down.
