They probably don't have their public report yet so they can't officially sell anything.

Just got this e-mail and thought I'd share for anyone interested:

RE: New Real Estate Club (LAISA) Presents Grady Gammage on Tempe Development

On Tuesday, March 6, from 6pm to 8pm we will have our first Speaker Series with Grady Gammage in Room BA-365 in the Business Administration Building, just south of the Memorial Union at ASU (Ample visitor parking is available just south of the BA building in Parking Structure 1).

We expect this to be a very successful and well-attended event with perhaps 60 participants.

I have attached a flyer that gives full details on the event.

You, any student interested in real estate or land economics, are encouraged to attend, learn about the ongoing transformation of the Tempe skyline and find out more about LAISA-ASU.

We will be providing light refreshments.

There is no charge for this event. RSVP's are encouraged but not required to: [email protected],

Anyone who needs more information can call:
Clay Toombs, VP of LAISA-ASU, 877-837-8300
I've had Grady Gammage as a law professor. He's a very good speaker and is very knowledgable about Tempe development. I can e-mail the .pdf file to anyone who's interested.
