Ok, so it turns out that "The Shore"'s website is much more informative than the 360. You can actually see all of the units that have been sold and which ones are still available along with the price. I count 8 still available, just like I was told via email.

As a potential buyer of a downtown condo, I'm still wondering what makes these condos cost more than the equiv size at the 360. Does anyone have insight? It is because Lance Armstrong's name is attached?
