I was under the imperession that Austin's W was opening in 2010, obviously I am much happier to hear 2008, but that seems awfully soon. Notice the phrase, "expectation is to break ground in may or june...." I hate that word, expectation, usually means you can count on a few months after that. Building delays are annoying, lol, anyway, I hope that is not the case with this development, as I am more excited about this than pretty much anything goin on in downtown Austin at the moment.
